Dr Luke Whiting is an exceptional doctor, with a first class bedside manner, this has been clearly evidenced by the way in which he has interacted and communicated with me on every occasion I have seen him. As a recovering Cancer patient he is very aware of my fears and anxieties and will take the time to talk through not only my physical condition, but also gives advice and details of further support to deal with psychological elements too. He is extremely aware of my ‘man’s man’ attitude and adapts his style accordingly to make me feel at ease, this has given me total trust in him and I have the utmost respect for his opinion and guidance. He listens tentatively and always explains and delivers things in a way that I can totally understand without being patronising. Dr Whiting will always be my first choice to see at Audley Mill Surgery and is an asset to the practice.

Doctor Whiting listened to my problems before he examined me, after the examination he then told me what the problem was & what he would proscribe to me, how & when to take the pills.

Dr Whiting has a great way with people of all ages, he really adapts his personality to the each individual. He listens to your concerns and does not dismiss you as some other GP's so often do. He manages your appointment time well but does not rush you out of the door if you go slightly over time. He has given my family excellent care and advice and always shows empathy and compassion. In my opinion other GP's would do well to follow Dr Whiting's ways when dealing with patients. A real credit to the surgery.
